    Our recent stay at Dash Living was a total disaster, a prime example of how NOT to run a hotel. The problem started in the middle of the night when the air conditioning suddenly decided to blast hot air into our room. We couldn't sleep anymore because we felt like we were stuck in a sauna. Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, around 8 AM, the AC unit completely died, leaving us to "enjoy" the stifling 32-degree heat with 90% humidity outside. The room became an unbearable, suffocating box, and the hallways offered no relief since they didn't have AC either. When we asked for help, the super young, only staff member at the reception we found was completely clueless and unhelpful, unable to understand how bad the situation was. Our attempts to talk to management were met with indifference. Not only did they not offer any compensation, but they didn't even bother to spend a minute giving a sincere apology for the really unpleasant and frankly unhealthy conditions we had to deal with. This lack of customer care and basic problem-solving is truly shocking. We fled this place early in the morning, not able to fully enjoy the rest of our stay properly. Do yourself a favor and choose literally anywhere else. This hotel is a complete failure on every level, from basic amenities to customer service.
