    The room is newly renovated and it is very clean. We have everything we need and the space is just nice for my partner and I, including our 2 large luggages. There is a laundromat about 5 mins away which is convenient and the hotel is very near seomyeon station. There are a lot of food choices to choose from around the hotel as well. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely be back at this hotel again.

    Very nice,clean, modern hotel, exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, the best service you could ask for. Few minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed the stay here!

    My friend and I booked this hotel specifically because it was conveniently located right next door to our Tango workshop venue. For that purpose, the location was excellent and made it very easy to create a smooth rest, practice, and connection flow throughout the event. However, the marketing and booking presentation were quite confusing. Many of the photos and descriptions gave the impression that there were shared lounge-style amenities available to all guests — such as comfortable seating areas, fireplaces, couches, and relaxing communal spaces. In reality, all of those features appeared to belong only to the Presidential Suite rather than the hotel as a whole. Because of that, I felt that the value did not fully match the expectations created during booking, and there were several moments of confusion and unmet expectations during the stay. Simple things like: - needing to request additional hangers, - limited storage/layout functionality, - and not having a comfortable layout on couches lounge area outside the hotel room made the experience feel less luxurious than anticipated for the price point. One additional downside for me personally was the strong artificial fragrance throughout parts of the hotel, which may be difficult for guests who are sensitive to scents. It caused me migraines and they were not willing to lower the scent or turn it off during my stay. That said, I genuinely appreciated several aspects of the stay: - the staff kindly storing some of my takeaway food in their refrigerator when my mini fridge was too small, - the daily water bottle replenishment, - towel replacement, - and regular garbage removal/room refreshing. The staff themselves were helpful and accommodating when asked. Overall, the location was the strongest feature of the hotel for our specific event needs, but I do feel the marketing materials should more clearly distinguish private suite amenities from shared guest amenities in order to create more accurate expectations for future guests.
