Clean, elegant room that surpassed our expectations. The only thing we did not like is the shower and toilet are together in the same space - often leaving th toilet wet from shower spray. Otherwise, good hotel.

Overall an ok stay. The 2 rooms we stayed in had mold and when I mentioned it to the staff it sounded like it was a common issue as it is so hot and humid and the hotel lacked air circulation. Be aware a hotel & spa resort in Vietnam is not like those in America or Europe and Japan. I would recommend staying at a US chain brand to ensure you don't run into moldy bathrooms.
