    I had a one night overstay. Everything was great cleanliness and facility use. But the location was a little bit confusing because there was another one with the same name on the main road. But my hotel was in an ally which was fine. Just ask for directions.

    usually stay at this hotel whenever I come to Hue, but unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. There was a new receptionist whom I had never seen before, and unfortunately, her attitude was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She didn’t even smile or respond properly when I greeted her, and throughout my interaction with her, she was rude and unhelpful. Additionally, the room I was given also had very dirty bedsheets with several red stains on the bed, and the air conditioning was not working. When I asked if I could change rooms, she responded with a very bad attitude and simply said no. Someone was sent to check the AC, but the problem was not actually fixed because the air conditioner was broken. I have stayed here many times before and never had this kind of experience. Unfortunately, after this visit, I don’t think I will book this hotel again. I hope management pays more attention to how guests are treated and makes sure that rooms are properly checked and cleaned before guests arrive. Good customer service is just as important as the hotel itself.
