I stayed at two hotels in Hue. I won’t name the other, it was fine, but The Scarlett Boutique is where you want to stay. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good, location is excellent. But, what sets it’s apart is the staff. They will go the extra mile for you. They even rescued my phone from a taxi I left it in and delivered it back to me.

Cosy boutique 3 star hotel in a great location! Ruby, Linda and team are very warm and welcoming and made our stay a memorable one. Our room was a good size, clean & comfortable and we enjoyed their Bun Bo Hue for breakfast. Definitely recommended for those seeking a hotel with a personal touch without breaking the bank. The location was very close to the walking street area. The staff were very helpful in arranging travel trips around the city and generally very nice people. Ruby, Thanh and the team are great!

The location was perfect for sensual Hugh. Close to many dining places, the waterfront, the old citadel.
