Service was great. Friendly staff. 1st floor room was tiny. Only 1 person could walk around at a time. Bed was worst I've slept on in a while. I could hear and feel the springs and coil pop as I was in bed.

Parking was crowded. The first morning I got up late and I apologized to the cleanup staff, but I informed them, as I was leaving for an appointment at 11:30am that the room could be cleaned up now. I returned at 4pm the room was never touched. Even the second day, at 11am, the room had not been cleaned yet, and I felt I had to inform the staff I wanted the room cleaned. (It really was not bad) but I, at least, wanted the bed made and have clean towels.

The wouldn’t let me check in because I live 20 miles within the hotels radius, there were big rude signs that were discriminatory

The staff was very accomodating. We arrived on bikes. They let us store our bikes in our rooms and then the next day we were able to store our panniers at the hotel while we rode into downtown Pittsburgh

Well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Daily housekeeping is becoming a rarity but very much appreciated.

The only problems were with the bathroom. 1. Toilet paper holder was loose and when I tried to use it, the toilet paper roll feel is into the ground. 2. The drain in the sink was very slow. The toilet flush was also slow. 3. Haven't tried the shower yet. Hope that is better.
