Great stay for a family of four with kids 4 & 6. A calm, relaxing property with friendly staff and tasty Japanese food options we all enjoyed. Kids loved the Onsen bath in the room & wearing katana to dinner. Shuttle bus service was brilliant. I’d recommend taking some small activities to dinner for the kids as it can be a 2hr sitting.

This was one of the most incredible stays we have ever had! The hotel staff are incredibly kind and caring. The view from the property is beautiful. The hot tub was fantastic. The food was delicious.
