    The room is good and spacious for a couple. Everything is good but the toilet paper should give new rolls. Service of the staff is polite. I will return for my next stay.

    Room is spacious with 2 double beds, toilet and bathtub are clean. Location is good, only need to walk 1 min to reach Jonker Street with plenty of food options available. Another plus point is they have own private parking site. Only downside is there’s no elevator available, and the staircase steps are quite small and steep. Need to be extra careful especially when carrying my baby.

    I really appreciate the location of the hotel: it's in at the western end of Jonker Street, which means if you're intending to just chill in the historical part of Malacca, then you can easily walk anywhere from the hotel. It was easy to get back to my hotel in the afternoon to beat the heat. Slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel were provided. I don't remember seeing elevators, so it's not very conducive for the elderly! The part that really bothered me was that the hotel seemed poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness. The floor mat in the room's toilet had black mold burgeoning on both side. I was obviously in dire need of replacement. I didn't use it, but it's also an eye sore even when I just left it hanging there. I don't know why the management was okay with not replacing it, but if they're okay with presenting a moldy floor mat to their guests, but I guess that it reflects their standards of cleanliness nonetheless. I didn't dare to call housekeeping for the length of my stay. The shower curtain was also filled with stains and I think brown mold was growing too. It's also in dire need of replacement. The toilet downstairs at the lobby seemed poorly maintained too. I walked in for the first time and I saw the entire toilet roll soaked in water and someone picked it up and left it on the toilet bowl's water tank. I walked out and never tried to use it again. I was quite disappointed because this hotel was strongly recommended by a friend.
