    If you are a solo traveler and expecting to go out and meet people DO NOT stay here. They will not let you bring anyone back without charging $200 USD! To the old guy with glasses. You were the only good staff out of them all

    We stayed for one night. The location is fantastic, right on the Copacobana beach front. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending things to do and places to eat. They gave us a voucher for a delicious all you can eat steak buffet. Excellent value. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. (Room 1201) The shower pressure was good but the showerhead sprayed in random directions. Wifi was strong in public areas but I had to stand outside the door to get signal in my room. The pool area was lovely with great views of the ocean. The breakfast was varied and sufficient.
