Ophelia’s is a place where I will definitely stay again if we’re in Kansas City. It’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor and rooms to stay on the second floor. The bar and restaurant closed at a very reasonable time each evening and was never an issue with noise. We loved the room, the town, and the city.
