    Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Lotus Stadium. My friends and I arrived around 1:00 AM exhausted, only to find the room in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. There was dog hair all over the beds, carpet, furniture, drawers, and throughout the room. The hair was in different colors and shapes, making it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. I went to the front desk to complain and request a clean replacement room. Instead of apologizing or trying to solve the problem, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. He said there were no other rooms and told me that I could get my money back and book somewhere else. We had reserved a twin room because I was traveling with friends, but we ended up in a king room. One of my friends had no proper bed and had to sleep on the floor. The situation was made even worse when security and/or police were contacted simply because I was complaining about the filthy room and asking for a solution. Because it was very late and we had nowhere practical to go immediately, we stayed until morning and booked another hotel, ***, so we could leave as soon as possible. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

    Breakfast was decent (average of what you'd expect for hot hotel food). Room was old & had funny smell. No lock on bathroom door. 3 towels provided for a suite that sleeps 6. Homeless lingering nearby. Questionable security in parking lot, I would not leave valuables in vehicle.
