Came to stay because of an early surgery time. Close to Centerpoint Medical Center.

Had a very nice comfortable time while we were there very impressed with the room and the view. The lake was beautiful. We were there during a bunch of volleyball and soccer tournaments so there were a lot of teenagers in the building very well behaved. Everybody was super cool and your eggs are great. One thing I would suggest is when you say heated pool you need to heat that pool because it was not warm at all and it’s August we sat in the hot tub in August because the pool was too cold, but I would absolutely recommend Stoney Creek to People. I know and I will definitely stay there again. .

I don't know why this is rated as a 4 Star hotel! I were not friendly, even though they were not busy. The front of the hotel had not been swept and carpet in the public area were terribly dirty. Although they had a large variety of food for breakfast, hot food wasn't hot. They piled it high instead of using other warming trays. The sausage links were of poor quality. Only one person was assigned to the breakfast area and tables were dirty.
Our room was spacious and clean. Toiletries were good and they had real Kleenex brand tissues. The bed was comfortable. They only provide services by request, unless you are staying over three nights.
The sent a text that you could reply to in order to request towels or services. I did this on the second day and my request was not completed. I had to retrieve additional towels from the front desk.
I won't be choosing this location again on my next trip to Independence/Kansas City.
