    Simply a bed in a room. I wouldn't expect much more from a nyc hotel with me trying to save money but I was very happy with the staff and especially the breakfast. Was not expecting waffles, eggs, and sausage ina addition to many other options. That was the big surprise.

    Tiny room quite distant from train all way 11Ave I didn’t know that. Rug feels like they need to remove them bathroom wasn’t up to par. For 3 nites it was ok but would never booked there again. Free water is not bottle water it’s big jug they fill with tap water once it’s empty and keep same lemons in water

    Pictures are very misleading. It is a old Best Western Hotel rebranded as Times Square West, BW Collection. Only noticed the BW when I checked in and saw Best Western business cards on the counter. The rooms look nothing like the pictures.
