The room and the whole flat was clean and the staff was helpful and responsive.
The address in the booking is wrong and you’ll receive the correct address on the day of the stay. So better read all the long emails they send you. You get a room in a shared apartment. My room was on the lower ground floor and it was really dark. Half of the room felt more like a storage space (with random boxes, popcorn machine etc) and the tv in the room was way too big for it. The private bathroom was a bit hard to find as the hallway was also crowded with random things (e-scooters, vacuum etc). Didn’t feel cozy. Also, you need to have an internet reception for check-in, as you need to unlock the doors with your phone.
