Hotel's staffs are very friendly, in special the guy from Nepal. Rooms are very big, comparing with usual Japan hotels. Breakfast is amazing, many options and delicious. I recomend very much!!!

Room was advertised huge sq mtr but in actuality the bedding area was compact. With addition of 2 extra beds, it’s challenging to walk across the beds. So for families of 4, please take that into consideration. Aside from that, no other problems for me. Cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast 8/10. Pool and jacuzzi was amazing. Needed swimcap to enter the pool. Can shower in the locker area, all amenities provided. Location: reachable from Hiroshima station by bus no 50, arriving just across from the hotel. Walkable to Hondori but you can take bus too. Not that bad. It’s not the most central location, but with a hotel this size, it makes sense for the location. 7/11 across from the hotel. Coffee shop too. Next to hotel there’s awesome Indian/nepalese rest, check it out!

This was our 7th hotel in a month in Asia and our worst overall. The check in process was slow as you are led through multiple upgrades for a cost which our other hotels had as standard. NO WIFI without having to sign up to their reward program was unbelievable. Even the buses in Japan have free WiFi. We asked for extra water and were handed off to someone else where staff in other hotels would deal with it for you. I didn't mind the bed but my wife got backache but everyone's different. Location is fine.
