    I had a fantastic two night stay whilst visiting Hiroshima. I had great sleeps as the rooms were quiet and comfy. The buffet breakfast was well worth paying extra for. I made use of the Spa on the 14th floor which has an open roof so you can get fresh air and look up at the sky. I had a problem with my wash basin that the staff were very helpful with. I also felt like I got good value for money as it was not overly priced. I had a wonderful time in Hiroshima and this hotel provided a bit of luxury for my stay.

    I really enjoyed this hotel. I had a problem with my first room and nearly immediately the staff came to my room to give me a new room and it's key. Thank you. I found the room to be great and the public bath views of the city were fantastic. I also found breakfast to be wonderful along with the staff. Although it would have been so awesome if they had tables outside also. It looked like that was a possibility.

    We loved our stay here, it was the second Candeo we had booked on our 3 week trip and all the rooms we stayed in were excellent.

    Laundry machine out of order. Breakfast quality and variety worse than a budget hotel (ibis). Insect in our room upon check in. We booked the king with spa bath and the bath itself was amazing. The shower drain couldn't keep up with the shower output though. The friendliness of the staff is the only saving grace, but lots of hotels here have great staff. Book elsewhere.
