The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to stay in Entebbe for peace and tranquility. The hotel is close to the airport and Victoria mall. The area is also very safe.
The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good.
My only recommendation which I already passed to the manager is that the TV in the rooms are old and need to be upgraded to Smart TVs so that you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc directly from the TV. These services were not availablele and I had to use my laptop to watch these.

Outside of a barking @$$ dog, this is a great place to stay. The food is excellent, the staff is a warm welcome, courteous, very professional. I will return as long as I dont get the barking dog side. Great place...

We stayed a couple of nights and did not enjoy it. The carpet was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom and the towels were dirty. We let the front desk know on the way out and even showed them pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
