Lovely lovely staff! From the airport pickup to checking in to my room everyone was just delightful. I enjoyed sitting by the pool sipping a drink whilst watching the children play & the adult having swimming lessons. So convenient. Great security. Lovely dinner and breakfast. My room had a balcony which was great!

I think it is the best hotel in Entebbe. Excellent room and price. Very close to the two malls, which is very important. Wonderful and helpful staff!
A very minor detail which did not affect my staying however. The door of my room wasn't cut in a straight line, which left a very small space at the bottom.

Very close to the craft market and shopping center “Victoria mall”
Also from the Botanical Garden
When we arrived we did not have a room available in our category. They accommodated us in an inferior room and we had to wait the next day with discomfort after a long trip.
The toilet didn’t work and it took them 1h to fix it, leaving the bathroom soaked
Towels were dirty
