    Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff wonderful, room they have thought of most things and toiletries first class, bottle water replaced every day, turn down service with a beautiful chocolate, wee terrace lovely but our weather was shocking so wet seat padding and couldn't dry it off. Rooftop terrace and bar gorgeous but again not available if raining and cushion covers soaking. Didn't have breakfast but did have a meal in the hotel which was delicious, the staff are all amazing from reception, restaurant staff and cleaning staff. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again🌈🌈

    From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this hotel is pleasingly different from your standard 5* chain hotel. The building is unique and lovingly restored, it feel relaxing, elevated, inviting and all round lovely. The staff are excellent: professional yet personable and keen to assist with whatever you need. the check in process is quick and in a relaxed setting. Elevators are only a few steps away. The room (Classic Room) is large with a separate seating area and an outdoor terrace with 2 tables. The bed is huge (2m wide) and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. The bathroom is well equipped with one of the best showers in terms of rain shower and space and practicality. The location is just outside the main tourist streets (but only a 5 mins walk away), which is a lovely way to place yourself in Porto. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Hotel lived up to every expectation. The decor was beautiful, the staff couldn't do enough, the bed was very comfortable and a little chocolate was left on your pillow each night. Highly recommend it!
