We were attending a local wedding in Cotia about 30 minutes away from this property. We spent 2 nights here. We rented the Loft room that was about $500 per night.
Our overall stay was good. We were traveling with our 5 and 6 year olds. They enjoyed the hotel as there was a lot for them to do.
The food was good and a wide variety of options at the buffet. There was only one restaurant option and it was a buffet for every meal.
I did expect more from this hotel overall given they have a 5 star rating and the high cost to stay here.
They missed all the little details that you’d normally expect from this class of hotel. A perfect example of this was we didn’t rent a call and we were staying in the loft rooms which are a good 10 minute hilly walk to the lobby, we were reminding a few times at check in that we had to walk it every Time because there was no transportation.
