No staff at the reception; check in and out was done via the app/web. A Tax fee was due also via the app/web.
The place was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, local stores and small restaurants in walkable distance. The room was clean and comfortable, great balcony!

The check in experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Also, don’t surprise me with additional fees. Why not I collect that during booking?
