    Me and my friend stayed there for 2 nights, first the places smells terrible and is very old, the rooms are a good size and beds are clean, bathroom is very dirty and the "shampoos and soaps" they promised would be there are very limited. I had previously asked them if a hairdryer will be available as I didn't want to pack mine and they said yes, when i used theirs it broke down and didnt work and I informed the staff that my hair is still not dry they said this is broken and we don't have another and won't buy until tomorrow, completely inconvenient and inconsiderate of what their guests need. The biggest issue is that me and my friend (both female) booked for FEMALE ONLY dorms and asked to be put in the same room and they confirmed, when we arrived they informed us that we would be able to spend the first night in the same room but not the second, after talking to the manager who was very unhelpful, she said i can move you to a different room we said okay, she didnt mention the other room is MIXED AND NOT FEMALE ONLY. We are both muslim women and my friend is a hijabi and we both BOOKED FEMALE ONLY. They switched our rooms without telling us the second will be mixed, that is of utmost disregard and disrespect to your guests who will not feel safe in your premises now, the reason for all this was that they overbooked the rooms and were ready to make us feel unsafe in a mixed room rather than apologize and explain the situation. in the end a staff took us back to our original room after we refused to go to the mixed room and we had to sleep on the floor because the beds were full. We had an early morning flight to take otherwise i would never let this go because your guests do not deserve this treatment. Oh and on top of the extra fees they take from you they also take tourist tax which is 20€ for what? I dont know since they dont offer anything and dont help at all.

    The hostel was nice! The staff was also nice. They have a terrace but no acohol is allowed in the hostel, so you can't drink a beer in the evening on the terrace. The rooms were nice, but the AC couldn't cool the room properly so I was sweating through the nights. But for the price, it was great! So if you're on a budget, I reccomend!

    Had to stay overnight to get bus to France next day. Not bad as hostels go.
