    Hotel receptionist takes too long to remove the laundry from the washer of inconsiderate user who keeps the next user waiting by not removing his laundry timely when it's done. When the receptionist is reminded, he simply procrastinates by telling the guest to wait, exhibiting very unwelcoming attitude and poor service. Housekeeping rudely disturbs guest as early as 9am knocking the door when the guest is still sleeping, and even tries to open the door without ensuring whether the guest is in the room or not. This is utterly not tolerable. Hope management takes this feedback seriously and carry out the necessary actions to prevent recurrence.

    Located in the much slower pace of Asakusa. Very easy access to everything including various transport options, sights, restaurants and shopping. If you are wanting to try the famous Benitsuru Pancakes, they are straight across the road so you can line up early.

    the hotel is in a good location easy access to transportation but the staff is not that helpful maybe not all just the one i encounter last june 4 the young slim guy in a front desk. I just wish he would soft a little and be kind to guest thats all thank you!
