    Location is in the quieter side of Gion yet close to the center, rooms are big and clean with a contemporary design. Very comfortable and fresh. This will be our choice of hotel in Kyoto from now on.

    The check-out time at this hotel is 10am, which is earlier than the standard time at most hotels. Unfortunately, we overlooked this and checked out at 11am, resulting in an additional charge from the front desk for the extra hour, not a friendly hotel.
