    I had a wonderful experience at Le Chateau Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hanoi. What truly made my stay outstanding was the exceptional service from Lana. She is incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to providing local recommendations and assisting with every request, she always went the extra mile with a smile. As a Chinese-speaking guest, I especially appreciated that she could communicate in Chinese, which made everything much easier and more comfortable. The hospitality at Le Chateau Hotel exceeded my expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Lana for making my trip so enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay. I will definitely choose Le Chateau Hotel again on my next visit to Hanoi.
