    Abosultuely wonderful stay. No complaints whatsoever. Staff were more than helpful. Perfect location in the old city and tons of things to do around the hotel.

    Overall stay was good. Except that for my room apparently hot water was not really hot. Other than housekeeping was good. Staff overall were friendly. Bilingual in English.

    We had a great stay, awesome location for exploring the old quarter. Everything was easily walkable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was good and our room was always clean. Would stay again

    First I want to say the staff is amazing, but there could be improvements. First the indoor window could not be closed so I could hear everyone else that were below me, not only their phone alarm, But when they coughed and when they talked. Was hard to sleep. Lap the spa room is right where everyone is walking so you couldn’t relax because you could hear everything. But the staff were great. They made sure I was okay and even packed me a to go breakfast and lunch. They were so kind and helpful.
