    We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Le Chateau and were very impressed by the warm and attentive service throughout our visit. The front desk team in particular deserves a special mention. They were incredibly detailed, thoughtful and helpful during both check-in and check-out, and really made us feel well taken care of. We especially appreciated their help with our luggage on departure. Our ride was waiting across two busy streets, and the staff went out of their way to help us carry our bags across despite the heavy Hanoi traffic. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made such a difference and was something we genuinely appreciated. The service felt very personal and attentive from start to finish, and the team’s hospitality left us with a very positive impression of the hotel. Thank you to everyone at Hanoi Le Chateau for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely be happy to stay here again on a future trip to Hanoi!

    A few days before our arrival they reached out and asked if we needed a ride from the airport to the hotel. This was immensely helpful after a long flight. The hospitality was amazing. The room was clean. The breakfast was genuinely delicious. Will absolutely be back.

    I stayed from 31Aug until 1Sep. And came back to this hotel on 2Sep, as my friends were meeting me in the hotel around 1.30pm, and we had to leave for the night train at 9pm. The manager arranged me to use the room until 9pm at a very attractive rate that I couldn’t refuse. My friends were very happy with the hotel room too. One last important thing to mention, all the staffs always smiling(that warms my heart). Thumbs up for the helpful staff & the hotel service. Thanks the manager for the flexible arrangement with free upgrade of room). I’ll definitely come back to this hotel, if re-visiting Hanoi.
