Wow, the views from the onsen were sooooo nice. And the onsen was incredible.
The room was also excellent (Japanese style futon), and both dinner and breakfast were great and full of options.
Plus, this is the best jumping off point to get into Shiretoko national park. Highly highly recommend!!!

So long as you don’t need western TV options, this is a perfect resort onsen hotel to choose for Shiretoko National Park. They’ve thought of everything (except Western TV options). Bit of a long walk to town for touring and lunch, but everything else is there.

We booked with both dinner and breakfast. And we are impressed by the spread of food provided. And also the seating was well spread out so you do not feel crowded despite there are a lot of people around. And we even manage to see fox running around just out when we are having our dinner. So remember to grab a window seat.
