I absolutely loved my stay here so much that I booked this place twice! The staff demonstrate the best customer service I've had in years! I would absolutely recommend this place.

Very nice staff, beautiful property and great food options. BUT the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, no hot water in the evenings or mornings. Very clean rooms and helpful staff (especially with transportation) though.

Staff was awesome, cleanliness was great. Water pressure and hot water was super limited for the price and sleeping street noise was very loud, but that's Kusco.
