Hotel is full of character, and good that by staying there I was supporting underprivileged kids, the food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The slight drawback was that the room was quite cold at night

The staff was very attentive and truly seemed to care about their clients satisfaction. The hotel itself was also very clean and elegant without the cost of actual high end hotel.

The staff did not open the door when I was trying to go in. I was waiting in the cold for an hour. She probably fell asleep
