Good clean safe secure hotel, good beds, safe, staff, breakfast, restaurant, nice wifi, convenient location.
The portable room heaters are not effective and challenging to get hot water for bath before 6 am (heaters freeze overnight).

Safe secure convenient friendly place. Since had early morn departure, packed to go breakfast.
Good restaurant, wifi, heat, nice lobby. Only issue was that hot water before 7 am was not available, they said cylinder freezes.
Good beds, clean sheets and towels, good bar, should be more like a Four Star Hotel.
Plan to stay here again on return from Machu Pichu

Property is great, modern, clean centrally located .staff is very accommodating and courteous. Toiletries could improve and a a mini grudge would be awesome!

The staff were excellent and the location was good but the hotel would benefit from proper heating and warm bedding.
