It is a beautiful property, although it has a lot of small issues - particularly with our balcony room. Handle for closet came off, door to patio came off, no refrigerator when arrive, no TV in our room. We could have known more of the language ourselves, but front desk / reception did not speak any english :(

Loved the location and the staff. Amenities are a bit old but i love older buildings, they havea great character. Loved my room and I look forward to staying there again

Good hotel in great location in central Playa Del Carmen. Main problem was very noisy into the night from loud music and people in the club next door.
