On the check-in day, they claimed the room we booked "wasn't ready" and made us go to another hotel they owned down the street. The room was dirty; the bed had bugs. Horrible experience.

We were charged a €50 tourist tax on arrival that was never mentioned or explained before booking. This is completely misleading and feels like a hidden fee designed to catch guests off guard.
The lack of transparency is unacceptable and ruined what should have been a straightforward stay. I would not recommend booking here unless all costs are clearly confirmed in advance.

We stayed 3 days for 309 euro. Maintenance issues are there. Location is good. Don't expect much on facilities. It's a large building and only a single floor is reserved for the hotel. Locating the hotel is a bit confusing as there is no big facade.
