Great staff, who were always happy to help. Very clean and modern rooms. Fantastic location for exploring the city and 5 mins from Central Station. Breakfast is €26, which is on the pricey side, hence it loses a star.

Good hotel and facilities. Staff were great. It’s close to the main train station and a 5 min walk from central Hamburg. Even left a cake and card in the room on my birthday. Would stay again.
