Tabiat Bungalows

This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. We booked a bungalow online based on the information and pictures provided, but when we arrived, the staff refused to give us the room we had already reserved. Instead, they demanded an extra $60 to stay in the same room we booked — a clear act of cheating and dishonesty. To make things even worse, they told us that even if we paid the extra money and stayed, we would not be allowed to use the fireplace. Their excuse was: “We don’t allow the fireplace until winter,” even though the nights were cold and uncomfortable. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Even though the hotel was completely empty and we were the only guests, they refused to assist us. I even tried to compromise and reach a middle ground just to end the situation since we were exhausted, but they still refused completely. When I stood up for my rights, they went as far as accusing me of “threatening” them, which is absolutely absurd and insulting. This place does not respect its guests, does not honor confirmed bookings, and treats people with zero professionalism. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this bungalow at all costs. كانت هذه من أسوأ التجارب السياحية في حياتي. قمنا بحجز كوخ عبر الإنترنت بناءً على المعلومات والصور المعروضة، لكن عند وصولنا رفض الموظفون تسليمنا الغرفة التي حجزناها. بل طلبوا منا دفع 60 دولارًا إضافيًا للحصول على نفس الغرفة — وهذا يُعتبر غشًا واحتيالًا واضحًا. ولزيادة الطين بلة، قالوا لنا إنه حتى لو دفعنا المبلغ الإضافي وسكنا، لن يُسمح لنا باستخدام المدفأة بحجة أن "المدفأة لا تُستخدم إلا في الشتاء"، مع أن الطقس كان باردًا ليلًا! كان موظفو الاستقبال وقحين جدًا وغير متعاونين. مع أن الفندق كان فارغًا بالكامل ونحن الضيوف الوحيدون، رفضوا مساعدتنا. حتى أنني حاولت التنازل والوصول إلى حل وسط بسبب تعبنا الشديد، لكنهم رفضوا تمامًا. وعندما طالبت بحقي، وصل بهم الأمر إلى اتهامي أنني "أهددهم"، وهو أمر سخيف ومهين. هذا المكان لا يحترم ضيوفه، ولا يلتزم بالحجوزات المؤكدة، ويتعامل مع الناس بلا أي مهنية. أنصح الجميع بتجنب هذا المكان تمامًا.

Tabiat Bungalows is a true piece of art nestled in the heart of Ayder. The views are stunning, the design is warm and thoughtful, and everything feels peaceful and connected to nature. The food was amazing—fresh, full of flavor—and they serve the best hookah in the world, no exaggeration. A special thanks to Ali, whose kindness and attention made our stay even more memorable. Can’t wait to return.

If you're looking for relaxation moments as a family or couple then this is for you ! The rooms are so clean, well furnished with great view, you'll sleep and wake up to the "Fırtına Creek" sounds. which is super interesting. - The owner is super friendly and very helpful, even though I booked this room twice by mistake he was very understanding to help to carry on the process. - Breakfast was delicious as well. - Location is good near to few touristic places by driving. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it and hopefully i will visit it again :)
