    The hotel is very accessible to the subway and we find it very helpful for us. The facilities especially the laundry area is a plus for us since we stayed for 11 days in Korea. the staffs are also kind and approachable too. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby so you can go there when you're feeling hungry. they also have free ramen and coffee at their cafeteria (same floor as the laundry area). The only thing I'd like to get improved on are the towels being given to us. we are a group of 3 folks and we were only given 1 big towel and two short towels (probably good for hair dry only). Other than that, the place was good. And I would love to go back again if we'll visit to Korea again soon.

    This is the second time we booked this hotel. However, our experience this time was the worst. The room that was given to us was dirty, with hairs on the floor and used tissue under the bed. We requested for a new room and they complied but still there were still hairs on the floor. We just accepted it because we have no other hotel to stay in since we already paid for it. The staff in the lobby were also rude and did not feel any remorse when we complained about the dirty rooms. We just booked this because it’s near the Cheongnyangni stn but will never come back here again when we visit Seoul again. Will recommend their Seoul Station branch though because the staff there was nice

    I always go back to this boutique hotel. Location is ideal, rates are reasonable, staff are courteous

    Good snack bar but it is located in the basement, not pleasant environment! The hotel room was dirty and had to move to other room. Too much dusts in and around window when I opened it for a ventillation. However, the room and bathroom is spacious. For a short stay, it is cheaper and okay.
