We arrived early evening expecting someone at reception. There is a phone on the counter to reach someone but it took over 30 min for them to answer.
Apparently, check in is automated. They send you a text with your room number and code to enter.
Because I booked via Agoda, I never received this info.
The only other glitch was our bedside lights did not work. Whatever, it was too complicated to reach anyone.
I would stay there again now that I know. Its a cute little place.

Rooms were soo clean. Maintained soo well. Hotel also looks soo good from the outside and also inside. Surprised to see such a nice Hotel, at this location.

This hotel was tucked in just to the left of the last set of lights right before entering Valcartier village - so close! check in was seamless and the room was spacious and clean! My family of 4 loved the comfy cloud beds - internet was a bit slow, but that was our only complaint! It felt like a home away from home.
