    We had a great stay overall. The location was convenient, and the accommodation was comfortable and well maintained. The only downside was that the building is quite old, so noise travels easily and it could be a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

    I booked a Double bedroom with a balcony from the Agoda website but when I got there after working hours, I was given a standard room! As that was my first time there and rush into going to a venue, I didn't chase anyone to see what happened! The next day morning when I saw the receptionist, I investigated the change of my room and I was explained that the Agoda website showed me a wrong ads/room with the discounted price! It was hard to believe but I didn't continue the conversation as I was running late to go to work. It is not nice that businesses advertised a nice thing and then provide a different product/service! It breaks the trust in Agoda and businesses working with.
