    The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for local shopping. The staff was helpful, and the overall area was easy to access. However, the room was disappointing. The carpet appeared dirty and had numerous visible stains, which gave the room an unclean feel. In addition, the beds were not sturdy and sagged noticeably, making it uncomfortable for two people to sleep. While the location was a positive aspect of our stay, the condition of the room and beds needs improvement.

    I switched to this hotel from a bad previous hotel and Hotel The M was everything I was looking for. Great price, great view, great location, clean & modern rooms, lots of space, comfortable lighting. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat

    Great.. we enjoyed our stay.. the hotel is located in a nice place and very strategic.. a short walk to the market and gs25 as well as a nice 7E just below the hotel

    They didn't provide even tooth paste. This doesn't make sense, how they protect environment by not giving paste. Weird
