Room was very clean, and it was nice to have a full stove and cookware. I never had the chance to use it because I only stayed the one night, but I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Brookings.

Nice staff. Cleanest place we’ve stayed at in decades. Four star service at a great price! Check it out and please do yourself a favor: Don't let the structural age deter you! Well built, updates with the must have anmd nice to have anmenities, extremely well kept and well stocked. This place goes to the top of our coastal-travel Best Stay list.

This was a great little hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The sofa bed and recliner in the room was comfortable and looked fairly new.
