    Highly recommend this hotel as location and service provided is exceptional. Location wise, it’s very convenient and nearby to shopping districts and Hanok Village, as well as public transport. Easy to get around even for solo travellers. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful during check in and out. could only check in after 3pm, but they were able to help store our luggage and bags for free while we explored the area. the room itself was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, aircon was working well, towels and trash are cleaned everyday, toilets had japan style bidet with heated seats. soap, shampoo, hairdryer, comb were also provided in the toilet. taxi was also easy to book in front of the hotel. overall, very happy and comfortable stay, would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Jeonju.

    Great stay at Hotel Kkotsim. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff and spacious rooms. We took a taxi from the bus terminal (around ₩6,000) and then walked everywhere, including Jeonju Hanok Village, which is just a short stroll away. There's also a lively shopping area about 5 minutes from the hotel, making it a great choice for younger travellers. Nambu Market is about a 15-minute walk away and is a great place to sample Jeonju's local snacks and street food. Would happily stay here again!

    I don’t typically leave reviews, but this incident prompted me to write one. Pros: Good location, friendly check-in staff who speak English, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and the room initially appeared clean. Cons: Unfortunately, after getting into bed, we felt something underneath the fitted sheet. When we pulled back the sheet, we found an earplug case, a used perfume sample, and three cards that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest. Finding multiple personal items underneath the fitted sheet was extremely concerning and made us question whether the bedding had actually been changed or properly inspected after the previous guest’s stay. We reported the incident to the front desk and were offered 20% off a future stay as compensation. I’ll let you decide what you want to make of that information, but needless to say, it significantly changed our impression of the hotel.
