    This premise is clean and conveniently located at the popular Jeonju Hanok Village. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful too. There are many good restaurants around the premise. We parked our car at the parking lot opposite the premise. We were upgraded to Deluxe room and it was spacious. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The amenities are great too! Will definitely come back again. Also the pet dog visited on our check out day. Cute!

    We spent 3 nights in Jeonju—1 night in a traditional hanok and 2 nights at this hotel. If we ever return to Jeonju, we would definitely stay here for our entire trip. The female staff who assisted us was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out was very smooth and convenient. From the moment we entered, the hotel smelled amazing and was spotlessly clean. We were also pleasantly surprised when the owner/manager upgraded our room, which made our stay even more memorable. The cutest part of the hotel was Kkomi, the adorable bear-like dog at the reception, who greets guests during certain hours. Kkomi was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The location is excellent—just opposite Jeonju Hanok Village, making it easy to explore the area on foot. It’s also within walking distance of the shopping district, many restaurants and cafés, and nearby bus stops, making it very convenient to get around the city.     I booked this hotel cause it looked nice on the photos and the high reviews. I’m afraid I didn’t have a positive experience. First of all, check in is at 4. It’s the latest check in I’ve ever experienced. You’d think that means they allow check out at 12. Nope. Check out at 11. Why does a small hotel need 5 hours to clean the rooms?? The rooms are quite small, the bed is super uncomfortable. I’d like to clarify that I got this hotel less than half price through Agoda, and I felt disappointed with what I paid. If I paid full price for this hotel I’d be so annoyed. The ‘free’ breakfast is awful. No drinks, a bowl of lukewarm Korean porridge which tastes of nothing and some cereal. I had an emergency which meant I needed to cut my trip short. When speaking to the front desk, visibly upset and asking if I could cancel or just notifying them that they could book the room out, I was sternly told that I cannot cancel and they can’t do anything. Yes the location is ok, near the Hanok Village, but I’m sure there’s better options around
