We love every part of it !! Except the room ,food option. the I feel like the bathroom in the room needs an update , I feel like the food could use more of a Mexican taste instead of an American taste. People go to Mexico for the food the experience not pasta most of the time but beside that everything else was great! Outdoor pools were beautiful, great staff. Everyone is always helpful , kids loved it!

We have been staying at your hotel for more than 10 years, and we visit twice every year. We have always enjoyed our stays, but this time your service exceeded all of our expectations.
First and foremost, we would like to extend our most sincere thanks to Kayli, our concierge. Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything she did for us. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly special throughout our stay. She went above and beyond in every possible way, and we will never forget her warmth and dedication.
We would also like to thank Rubi from housekeeping. She kept our room impeccably clean and beautiful every day. Her hard work and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to all the staff in the restaurants and buffets. Everyone was consistently polite, attentive, and professional, and the service was outstanding.
We are equally grateful to the beach staff and the wonderful team at Café de Mar. Their excellent service made our beach experience comfortable, relaxing, and truly enjoyable.

Room was clean with a great ocean view, but could not get a beach chair at all. Not enough available at the beach or the pools.
