    While at the front desk presenting my confirmation number, I was told it cannot be located. I told him that I got them from this website. The bellman quickly jumped in and said we do not work with partner with them. My associate who I was with speaks the language fluently and said we got this online here is the confirmation number. The bellman chirped in and said you must go we don't accept that here. Now if he were the front desk clerk I would probably take heed. But this person doesn't know what he's talking about. As the clerk went to ask the manager they looked it up and said yes we do accept it here with Expedia and Agoda we accept reservations. The bellman was suddenly had a smirky look on his face. I thought he was very rude to step in and tell us to just leave. He didn't see anything wrong with it. That's my issue. We talked to a manager later that afternoon about the situation. I guess my thing would be is to stay in your place. When it came time for him to finally assist me upstairs I was on the third level he had grabbed my bag and I told him no! I can have somebody else do this you won't be getting this tip. He was shocked that I was not allowing him to take my bags up not after what he did. I had a younger more athletic person do it and I gave him a huge gratuity I will stay at this hotel as the rooms are very quiet and well maintained. As for needing a nosy bellman.. No!
