Location, helpful staff, solid wifi and not noisy at night
The receptionist was at times not available, as they use them to do other tasks, and there was no mechanism to get their attention

Very good location, and good rooms. But the service can really be improved- staff absent most part of the day. Very nice hotel, but poorly run.

The location was excellent, near everything, staff friendly, quiet during the day making it conducive to work

Location, and wifi became slightly better, working
Bathroom has bad smell, old heater directly leaking some kind of rust oil on top of toilet bowl and making it nasty. The light bulb has been broken almost many months. No cleaning came on the day i stayed. Lastly no front workers in the morning, please don’t expect any support when checking out in the morning.
