Room had mold growing under the kitchen sink so requested another room immediately. The front desk staff lady was kind and understanding and switched my room. When I got to the next room it smelled better and no mold but amenities were scarce. Only shampoo dispenser in the shower. No shower gel or conditioner or lotion. Luckily my stay was only one night. Won’t select this hotel in the future.

It was good. We stay for 3 days. However, they did not clean the room or change the towels.

The rooms have everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The beds are very small and the layout of the room was very odd. Separate living and sleeping areas, but only a half wall separating them. The tv audio sounded worse than a 1920's box radio. The worse part of the whole stay is parking. The lot is tight to begin with and since there aren't enough spaces for everyone, people park in odd places making it every more difficult to navigate.

Front desk staff was horrible. One guy didn’t want to help with anything and told us wrong information. He huffed and puffed when we asked for towels because he had to sit his phone down. Other questions he would just say “ask my coworker.” They were extremely rude and unhelpful. The room was big, but old.

Our family went on a beach & Disney trip and this place was amazing for the price. It offered hot breakfast daily and even though it was the same thing daily ( hashbrowns, possibly powdered scrambled eggs, sausages, and pancakes) the kiddos loved it and one less meal I had to buy. FYI they make the plates up and you need a ticket. When we asked for extra sausages they gave us 1 or 2 so it’s pretty much a set menu. In my opinion… still worth it. The building is obviously older but the grounds are well kept and they seem to upgrading the rooms little steps at a time. The bathrooms were probably the most dated part of the room. My husband and I felt the beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on but the kiddos were comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and definitely came in handy. I loved the free parking but if you want to do a wash, it’s $10 for do it yourself wash and dry.

Shower did not drain. Bed bugs. Door suddenly stopped locking and could be opened without key, and maintenance took over 30 minutes to come. Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Property was quiet.

Thermos in good condition and clean no complaints they could be faster about returning your deposit and deposit being $200 is ridiculous more than I paid for the room and the breakfast wasn't the greatest breakfast experience but basic cereal they do have a hash browns with pancakes and sausage and eggs basically

A nice location, comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast was hot and filling, yet the menu was exactly the same for every day. The hotel is a bit run-down with mold on some walkways, peeling paint and not enough trash cans so many people just set trash on the walkways to elevator or pool As an extended stay they need more variety in the little hotel store.

Jonas, the front staff member is AMAZING! He is a shinning example of a fabulous worker and should be encouraged to pursue hospitality. If this company is smart, they will groom him for promotion and encourage ongoing training. You have a winner with this one. Don’t overlook him.

When my husband and I checked in, the female at the front desk was rude. I called down to the front desk later that day to see what time breakfast was served for the next morning, again she had a snobby attitude. The breakfast was the same thing every morning and was always cold. And not once did housekeeping come to our room and tidy it up. Will definitely not go there again.
