Bed was clean and comfy. Biggest gripe was that neither elevator seemed to be able to take me up to the second floor - the buttons just wouldn't take the input. Ended up taking the stairs every time after multiple attempts with the elevator, but wasn't that big of a deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they called to inform me that they wanted to switch my room as there was a problem with the shower but I just didn't have time during the day to come back and change rooms during my trip. I appreciated the proactive attempt to solve a problem, though. Kitchen was nice to have, full size fridge and dishes ready to go were very convenient.
