Average no frills motel. Older rooms with deferred maintenance- musky smell, chipped paint, old furniture etc but room was clean and no parking fee compared to hotels right next door that charged parking

The room was awful. I took several photos. The carpet was so stained we were afraid to walk on it. The couch was torn and ripped and the legs of the couch were all scratched from animals! The king bed looked nice but upon getting in to it the mattress flopped down in the middle so we rolled into the center of it. There was a terrible old desk with broken edges and chipped holes. Omg never again.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to Disney for the simple fact that it’s close to the park. We love that it has shuttles to drop off and pick up. Now when it comes to the rooms, for the price I think they should be better. Our most recent stay our room had mildew on the walls in the restroom and our shower was clogged so we had to rush and shower so the tub wouldn’t get filled up. The beds are a bit uncomfortable I guess it’s wear and tear. I would say the service and 50/50. I had called guest services to request more towels and when the gentleman answered the phone I heard him sigh as if he was bothered to answer the line. Anyways fast forward to my request he told me “the front desk has all the towels you need” so I asked if they can bring them and I was told no that we had to go get them. I sent my husband to go get them and they told him they would bring them up. When he got back to the room to tell me what they said I immediately called guest services to ask why he was given that information when you just told me that I had to go get them. It was just an inconvenience to me as we were tired and just wanted towels to shower.

Bed bugs, confirmed by a medical professional (a friend I saw did examine my 2 bug bites). I had to ask three times for the room to be switched. I don't think it was taken seriously in the first place. Plus nobody seemed apologetic even though I had two bad bug bites!

Loved our one night stay! Felt safe & secure knowing we parked right outside our room. Only thing is we wanted to stay at this specific hotel because it had propane fire pits & when we got there it looked like they hadn’t been turned on in months & when we called the office they said they’ve been broken. & the bathroom doors aren’t doors but the sliding ones with gaps. Wish we would have seen that! But staff were great & the room was clean & cozy.

Was on third floor and had to come back down and get new key cards almost every time in and out of room. Under average bed pillows. The fire pits didn't work. There were dangerous looking people around property. Breakfast was same every day and not many choices. Not enough choices for items to buy in small market area. Paint in room was chipped, and the room smelled like mold/mildew. While I was visiting I heard there was a recent murder there, and I wonder if they assigned that room to me and my family.
