The room was clean and the staff were both polite and pleasant. There is a wonderful lake view lounge and an adjacent game room that you can use to spend a couple of hours away.
Sadly, there is a distinct lack of amenties and stores open during winter, so please bear that in mind when you visit the area during this period. We were also unable to visit the restaurant, as we were told that we had to make a reservation in advance, which was not presented to us.
Overall, it was a very pleasant visit.

The place is perfect along the road lake view restaurant so many nearby cafe also but close around 5pm few open until 7pm all is dark the hotel outside,amenities coffee and soft drinks ice cream biscuits also different types of alcohol and cocktails create with your own all is free the onsen indoor and outdoor but not that big what you see in there photos it’s same the breakfast is simple not eat all you can they serve set breakfast drinks are unlimited milk coffee morning breakfast beverage dinner here I don’t have an idea because before we come here with car we bought our food outside and we heat at the hotel by the way there no convenience store nearby this is the top of mountain with lake view so beautiful the hotel is beautiful but some part are old staff here can communicate English and Japanese
