The place is very convenient and affordable compared with "airport hotels" if you need to take the plane at CDG on the next day. The room was clean and newly renovated. I particularly appreciated the air-conditioning in the room at this time of the year. Breakfast is a little pricey but there was a very nice choice of items for a continental breakfast. Service was excellent and friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 9:15 pm and I was told that I had barely made it because "check-in closes at 9:00 pm". However, Expedia's booking reminder on the app. specified that check-in closes at 10 pm. I believe that a correction is needed from Expedia side. There was no indication for late check-in at the hotel on Bestwestern.com. Information could be added on the hotel FAQ. I did

We only stayed one night but there so much to like about this hotel. We had just arrived from a long flight from Sydney and they allowed us to check in at 9am (usually 3pm). This allowed us time to shower and freshen up. Later that day we had drinks in the bar and a terrific dinner in the restaurant. Many of the same staff served us at dinner which made the place feel family run. The parking area is convenient. The location of the hotel is interesting. Close to CDG and in the middle of what felt like an industrial area. I’d say you’d need a car as there didn’t seem to be anything within walking distance. For us, it was a perfect stay.

A great hotel with a full restaurant and bar. 15-20 minutes from the airport by car. Small appetizers available for free in the evenings. Nice rooms. Big breakfast area and a good selection of cold breakfast with good breads and juices. Nice coffee machine. I would stay here again if flying out of CDG.

It was a very charming hotel.. small but with a big heart 😊The service was amazing from the front staff to dining service.Rooms were a little smaller than we used to but again, it was convenient, clean and friendly 😃

I booked this place because it has an 8.8 rating. But it’s a lie. There are only a handful of reviews which are clearly fake with only one sentence. One review even says it’s the best hotel they’ve ever stayed in. Hotels.com should check on this and remove the fake reviews. This place is old and rundown. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. They are doing construction on the lobby and we had to drive around the property until we could find an entrance. We finally called and someone answered, but from what location I don’t know. She said the key was sitting on a table for us. When we went into the room, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom clearly the sewage lines are old. Overall, the hotel is a 4 out of 10 and if that’s what you’re expecting it’s fine but if you’re expecting 8.8 this is not the place.

It was the best hotel I have stayed in for a long long time. The Staff, cleanliness, comfort, gardens and the food were all fantastic. I will be absolutely be returning. It was a hidden Jem.
