Smith Rock Chalets & Retreat

It was a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor pool was clean and warm (cleaned every morning). The road to go in was a bit rocky, but well worth it. Lots of trails and outdoor activities. The deck could use some work & stain, also there were no chairs to sit on outside on either your own back deck or the main covered porch. The community bbq for the motel sites barely works and could use a cleaning. The rooms were relatively clean but could use a good dusting. We were able to get late check out, which was wonderful. The parking was an issue for the motel but that was mostly due to the guests inability to park NOT the place itself. We would definitely stay there again!!! I just wish the office was open longer and maybe had some sort of events going on for the campers. And had more to offer in the general office\store. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS THOUGH! Just bring your own chair LOL

Amazing views and lots to do for a family retreat. Pool hot tub and other activities there. Close to everything and hosts were pleasant and helpful.

The location is worth every penny

We had a great stay! The chalet was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We got one of the biggest chalets on the property, which was great for our group. We didn’t get much time to explore the property, so we’d love to come back and stay a bit longer next time. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit unstable. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
